We do not accept returns, replacements or offer refunds on any products. Once your order is processed and marked delivered, it is considered final. This policy applies to all products, including regular and sale items

2. Tracking Details: Tracking details will be provided to the client via email/notification, enabling them to monitor the status of their shipment.

3. Client's Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for tracking the parcel and ensuring its delivery.

4. No Tracking by [Vriksha Nursery]: Vriksha Nursery does not track parcels on behalf of clients.

5. Delivery Issues: In case of any delivery issues, clients should contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking details.

6. Loss or Damage: Vriksha Nursery will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product during transit.

7. Delivery Timeframes: Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
